The PhD Committee that evaluated the thesis was formed by Jesús Martínez de la Fuente (Instituto de Nanociencia y Materiales de Aragón, INMA-CSIC), Ana Paula Candiota Silveira (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, UAB) and Anna Lagunas Targarona (Institut de Bioenginyeria de Catalunya, IBEC).
